Promotion ceremony was Tuesday evening.  Only 6 of my 140 failed to earn sufficient points to move on.  Two of the 6 only missed by a single percentage point and could have fixed it in time to walk, but didn't.  I even called their parents, but nothing.  I just don't get it.

Wednesday morning I woke up feeling yucky.  By 1:30, when my administrator sent me home, my temp was up to 102.  NOT FAIR!!!  I finally have a few minutes to catch up and I'm too sick to enjoy them! Fever broke this morning...just in time for me to make a 3 hour dentist appointment tomorrow.  Next few weeks should be a bit less stressful, so I'll have some time to recharge my batteries.  Then back to school as a student and a less taxing summer job.  Life is good.
