    Beginnings

    Good day to you all,

Life is a journey, or so I have heard. Mine has been a drift...moving with the tides of the needs of those around me...living on hope because I never knew. Life has changed and I have made a choice. What has been done in the name of "God" would make any true god ill! If I am never to "know", I choose to hope in a Goddess and God whose primary commandment is to first do no harm. Thus far the only hope I find is among those revere Mother Earth. I may never know, but at least I am comfortable.

I was brought up within an immigrant culture that accepted a sort of 6th sense and women of power. I have longed for a home where those things that I learned as a child have place. A group of people that are comfortable with the gifts I cannot deny, but most believe exist only in my mind. So MY journey begins. This time I may be adrift at sea, but that's better than being a dingy towed along on someone else's course.

Consequently, I really don't know what I am or what I believe. I'm exploring, tasting, touching, giving place to all those things unacceptable, even blasphemous while I was in tow. Please take the time to share what you have learned, what you know with this inexperienced traveler.

No photo yet, it is just that I don't have a digital to share. Shadowa comes from my storyteller nature, for when a story is well told you remember not the face of the teller, but the image she paints. I suppose that is part of the reason why I have no photo...

Look forward to meeting you and sharing a few steps along our journeys.

    with respect, blessed beĀ

Merry Meet and thanks for messaging me.

I believe that drifting isn't bad at all...in fact, when one is drifting they actually get to see the Mother at her finest, and all her beauty. Today's cultures move so fast that people just don't know how to "stop and smell the roses". But drifting helps us to do that.

Look forward to talking with you more.
    Bright Blessings
    Tia
